Here are the basics of what you need to know to sign up for Speed Dating:

1. Fill out the form below.
2. Pick out which location according to your age. 
3. Once the form is submitted, you will be prompted to pay your $20 fee.
4. Show up at Wahlburger's Restaurant in Hy-Vee on your specific date. 
5. Speed dating event lasts for 2 hours.  
6. Get a free drink & appetizers. 
7. I will connect you both via email after the event if it is a mutual match.
